Our Standard Web Site Packages contain just about everything your small business needs to have a Web site. Our years of experience in program design and computer training provide important advantages in the creation of Web sites. CONSULTING & ADVISEMENT MEETING
Our Web site packages include a basic consultation with you to determine a strategy for your Internet presence. We'll advise you on ways to design your Web site to maximize its effectiveness.

PROPOSAL
Our Proposal will clearly define the requirements and pricing necessary to meet the objectives of both you and your site visitors.

PAGE LAYOUT & DESIGN
Together we will create a basic outline of your site, in a format similar to the one shown at right. Our underlying philosophy in Web site design is for your site to flow logically. This includes designing it in such a way that visitors can easily find information.

TEXT
Web pages can be as long as you like. However, we strongly recommend that each page is limited to one to three screens long. Pages exceeding 3 pages often contain excess and/or redundant information which should be broken down into separate, more focused pages.

SITE DESCRIPTION
Every site needs a description. It tells the reader about the site and helps the search engines and directories categorize your site among the thousands of possible Web sites. Packages include placing the Site Description you supply to us inside every page of your site.

A good place to start is to work on creating a description approximately 100 words in length containing many of your keywords.

PAGE TITLES
Every page in your site needs a Page Title. Page Titles appear to your visitors in the Title Bar (upper left-hand corner) of your screen. They are also displayed as the first line of text when the page is printed. They provide the reader with a brief description of the page and help the search engines and directories categorize your site.

Page Titles should include:
The actual name of your company and/or site;
As many keywords as possible; and
No more than 100 characters in length.

CUSTOM GRAPHICS
We include a custom designed main graphic with each of our Standard Web Site Packages. We can use your existing artwork and photos or design a wide range of Web site graphics completely from scratch. We'll scan in photos you provide us.

Preparing graphics for the Web is a specialist field, for not only must they look good on the screen but they must load quickly. We are skilled at treading the thin line between great looking graphics and small file sizes as we use all of the latest, most effective and efficient technologies.

RESPONSE FORM
One of the most powerful features of your Web site will be an order form or response form. People who visit your site will give you their name, address, phone number as well as details about information they are looking for. One form is included with each of our sites, excluding our single-page Web site package.

You can also use the Response Form as an order form. We'll explain how you can optionally make your Web site secure for transmitting your customer's credit information to you.

INSTALLING YOUR WEB PAGES
Once you've approved the layout and design of your Web pages, we install them to the Web space on the server of your Internet Service Provider.

BASIC WEB SITE REGISTRATION
Also included in our Standard Web Site Packages is Internet advertising of the address (URL) of your Web site to the top Internet Search Engines and directories.
